Se observa poco cuidado con los medios de produccion, almacenes improvisados en cualquier patio se mezclan con almacenam,ientos de piezas, sin orden y sin concierto, y una suciedad extrema de la fabrica. En horas de trabajo existia una buena cantidad de obreros en una cantina interior. El problema mas importante de Nicaro es social: es inprescindible extremar las medidas.  Lo que el Che no sabía es que hay problemas que no se solucionan son la ayuda de Dios pues solo este es capaz de llenar el vacío
